The roast-day cut-off
Because every box is roasted to order, there’s a deadline. The cut-off to change or skip your next box is the day before your roast day. We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays.
“I asked to skip but my box shipped anyway”
If you request a skip after the cut-off — for example on the roast day itself — that box is already roasted and packed, so it will still ship. This isn’t a mistake: it’s the trade-off for roast-to-order freshness. In that case we skip the next box instead, so you’re never charged for one you didn’t want. To avoid it, make changes at least a day before your roast day.
Pausing vs cancelling
Pausing keeps your plan, grind and cadence but ships nothing until you resume. Cancelling ends the subscription entirely.
