Wholesale pricing and 1kg bags are available to approved trade accounts — cafes, offices, restaurants and shops.
How to open an account
- Email wholesale@fernbackcoffee.test with your business name, address and roughly how much coffee you expect to use.
- We’ll set you up with a WS-#### account number and send a sample if you’d like one.
- Once approved, log in and you’ll see wholesale pricing and the 1kg range.
Net-14 terms
Approved accounts are invoiced rather than paying at checkout. Invoices are due within 14 days (Net-14). Orders may be placed on hold if an account has overdue invoices.
Grind and delivery
Wholesale bags ship whole bean by default — specify a grind in your order if you need one. We deliver free within Bristol; elsewhere is quoted per order.
