We roast to order, so our dispatch schedule follows our roasting schedule.
Roast days
We roast on Tuesdays and Fridays. Your coffee is roasted on the next roast day after you order, then dispatched the same day or the next working day. That means an order placed on a Saturday ships after the following Tuesday’s roast.
Delivery
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48, typically 2–3 working days after dispatch. Free over £30.
- EU & international: tracked; delivery times vary by destination. Import VAT/handling may apply — see EU orders.
“Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?”
If your order hasn’t moved for a day or two, it’s most likely waiting for the next roast day so it ships as fresh as possible. You’ll get a tracking email when it’s on its way.
